As a clinician, I serve as a guide on your journey to letting your true self be seen. Since 2016, I have been honored to support individuals and families as they take the brave step of embarking on the path toward healing from anxiety, addiction, depression, sexual assault and Complex PTSD. I specialize in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), & Dialetic Behavior Therapy (DBT).
My belief is that everyone deserves to be thriving throughout life, not just surviving.
